| Writers' Guidelines Austin Home & Living is published six times a year. Much of the content is written by freelance writers working on assignment for the magazine. Writers are paid between $100 to $300 per article, depending on the assignment. We always welcome inquiries from qualified freelance writers. Interested parties should submit a resume and photocopies of published articles to: AH&L 11675 Jollyville Road Suite 201 Austin, TX 78759 We regret we cannot return writing samples or unsolicited photos. We will review story proposals, but such queries should be limited to lifestyle topics, personality profiles, gardening features, and Austin area home profiles. Thank you for your interest in AH&L.
